Hey I am playing Fallout 3 and I have the GoTY edition but I want Fawkes to start the Purifier but there is no option to. Ideally, you will release a friendly super-mutant, fawkes from his cell. Secondly, you have to be a "good" guy for Fawkes to follow you.
